Daffodils are starting to bloom.

Something

I'm sure that it is the heart and not the head that tells a person "you committed a crime."

There is "something" that clearly points to certain direction inside of your heart.

No Problem

Even if the outside world is experiencing a heavy storm, the surface of the "infinite spring" that exists deep within you will never become rough.

If you know this, you will be able to go through any circumstances.

Perseverance and Forgiveness

If you get irritated by the behavior of a "child," you lose to that child.

The child is really playing the role to develop your perseverance and forgiveness.

Both

If you have courage, you are the pioneers.
They create a new city from the complete wilderness.
If you are a bit coward, you are the inhabitants.
They settle to the new city and make it larger.

Cowards cannot create new things, but pioneers cannot live the city once it becomes too large for them.

For the city, both are needed.

Unfair

I can't accept "God-given talent."
I am assuming that such talent was gained through the efforts the one did in his past lives.

Unless the above assumption is true, we have totally unfair lives.

Rules

There are so many rules in this world.
Some of them are good ones, and some of the other are bad ones.
It's better to keep the good ones, and change the bad ones very very slowly.

Translations

I am translating my feelings to English in this blog, but in the other blog, I'm doing the same thing in Japanese.

Because I grew up in Japan, my Japanese translation is much much better than the English one.

Intriguing

It's Valentine's Day!
I saw a man who was holding three long-stemmed red roses in a bus.

Because, in Japan, Valentine's day is defined as the day when a woman gives chocolates to a man, it was interesting to see a man holding roses.

It's very intriguing to know how a custom transmits differently to other countries.

Sometimes

It's fun to understand something.
But sometimes, studying is tiresome.

Slowly

I guess, it's OK to gain confidence slowly.

"Us" and "Earth"

Today, I just thought that if I slowly pronounce the word "us (the pronoun 'us')," it sounds similar to the word "earth."
Now, I like the word "us" more.

(I may not be hearing the slight difference in the pronunciation of these words, though.)

A Practice Teacher

The position you are in when you face a person who doesn't understand your talking is more like a "practice teacher."

The person may not understand your explanation, but it actually means that your explanation is not so good for that person.

The problem stems from your lack of understanding to the "student."

Quality Is Important.

My printer is so simple that it even doesn't have an ON-OFF switch. But if I set the quality as the "best," I can print papers very clearly.

I'm boastfully saying this, but I actually haven't realized the difference between the "best" and the "normal" settings until very recently.

The Crucial Period

I feel that coming 30 years is the crucial period for my life.

The Level

There is a time when I realize that "the mountain that I thought it has the same height as the others is actually much higher than the others. It just looked the same, because I was seeing it from a great distance away."

There might be a similar aspect in human's level too.

I guess that the reason for our existence is to touch someone's heart.

I'm tired, but it's the contentment.
The tiredness that comes after we did our best is very very satisfying.

A Stuffy Nose

It's awful to have a stuffy nose. I felt so nice after I cleared it.

Today's feeling was completely up to "my nose."

More Treasures

I want to listen more carefully to other person's stories.
Then, I think I can find more treasures in that person.
