Fact is stranger than fiction.

Physics is a surrealistic area of study.
That's why I think it's so interesting.

Become a Bit Moist

I found that scones taste better after placed in a fridge than fresh from oven.

Once in a While

I wonder how time passes in my head when I am sleeping.
Many hours pass in a second!

(This is an explanation.)

Like a Feather

Be joyful because you are alive.

This phrase just sprung to my mind like a feather fallen from the sky.

The Sounds of Daily Life

I hear the sound of the working fridge, the tick-tack of my clock and the running cars on the street.

Sounds are intriguing...

Fried

I fried an egg and ate it.
It was good!

Truth is always simple.

(But, it seems that there are many tips to make a really really good one.)

Great

"A fast buck doesn't stay with you."

I guess we need to be great in order to earn great.

Color!

The printer I got from a friend is working so well.
It's nicer than the old one because it can set both black and color ink cartridges!
I thank very very much to the friend.

(My old one can have only one cartridge.)

Still

When think about the whole countries on earth, we know that we are still living in the age of civil wars.

Wars are still occurring continuously.

(But, I thank for the peace that lies in front of me.)

It's going to be fun.

A Will

In the end, one's will power decides everything around him.

Don't you think so?

My Shoulders

I've been reading the computer screen for hours, and now my shoulders are stiff.
Oh, it's sooo stiff...

How It Looks

Sometimes, I see a strange phenomenon on a certain person's face.
The person looks normal on first glance, but the next moment, his/her face is corrupted.

It's like a face in Picasso's painting. (More accurate example is the face from the "make-a-face game" - one of the traditional New Year games in Japan.)

The face is not actually corrupted, but I see like the above.

This is totally my own vision, but it decides my impression towards the person almost completely.
(However, I'll add one point; this "face" changes with time.)

Posting

I really feel that "writing a goal and posting it in my room" has a strong power to motivate me.

I never did that when I was studying the entrance exams in Japan, but now, I do it.
(I type my goal and print it, though.)

Like This

We had good weather today, and I saw a painter who was repainting the parking numbers at my apartment's parking lot.
Peace is here.

(I hope everywhere on the earth would be like this.)

Wisdom

If you use intelligence in a good way, it becomes wisdom, but if you use it in a bad way, it becomes guile.

I'll also be careful not to play the fox...

A Book

Meeting someone can be likened to start reading a book which title is the person's name.

But we start reading it not from the first but from the middle, and we usually do not finish it.

What is worse is that we do not even go through every single line of the book while reading.

This is why I think it's impossible for me to understand someone completely.

Use the Means...

"Use the means and God will give the blessing."
If this cool saying is replaced by the casual expression, it will be like this;
"I'll do my best and things will work out."

Did I disappoint you?

Intelligence and Sensitivity

Intelligence could be considered as a coolant of your mind, and sensitivity could be considered as a warmer.

If the coolant is too strong, your mind can become like an ice, and people who touched it will get frostbite.
If the warmer is too strong, your mind can become like a fireball, and people around you will be burned.

What's important is the balance between these two!

A Big Yawn

Give a big yawn.
Then, you are happy at that moment.

A Senior Moment

Why there is a time that I can recall a tune's name and the time I cannot bring it back.

Next time, when I recall the title, I should write it down.

----------------------------
I just found that this phenomenon is called a "senior moment." I laughed when I found it, because it's so vivid! :)

The Wind

We have very very strong wind today, and because of this wind, the weather changes so quickly.
For a while, we have sunlight, but the next moment, it changed to rain.

I wondered how strong the wind blows, and checked the weather forecast site.
It says that we have wind 42 km/h.
It's only 10 km/h less from the typhoons I experienced.

Accidental

People do "accidental behaviors" in both good and bad parts of their mind.
Usually, if someone does something out of fear makes the situation worse, but there is actually a person who accidentally does good things to others.
Hope good ones to be increased.

One Step

Today, I also made one step towards my future (...I guess...).

Making Sheet Music

I installed free music notation software called "Finale NotePad 2008."

Then, the first sheet music I made is the violin version of "Haisai Ojisan (Hey Mister!)," a famous folk song in Okinawa.
(I transposed the piano score.)

It's a funny tune, and it's almost completely true that I installed the software just because I wanted to make the violin score of this tune.

One Result Generated by Improving Your Mind

If you understand someone deeply, you can no longer stand beside him.
It's because you can see through not only his good points but also bad points.

The person can no longer put up with your stare, and you will know that you need to take some distance from him.

Butter

The scones I made with butter that my pre host mother gave me were really really tasty.

This is the first time I really felt the difference between butter and margarine.

Today's Post

I've been searching a thing on the Net, and almost forget to write "today's post."
Phew!
It's good that I realized the time just before midnight.

Bit by bit... I'll clean the things that are tiresome.
Then, my thinking will be cleared little by little.

A Tug of War

What a dilemma.
I must go ahead, but at the same time, I don't want to move.
It's a tug of war.
